Isaac Hayes, 65, best known for his composition of the the theme from the 1970s movie Shaft and his role as Chef in South Park, died on Sunday. He was found unconscious near a treadmill at his home by a family member. He was pronounced dead at Memphis' Baptist East Hospital an hour later.
