KELLY OSBOURNE ENGAGED?

Kelly Osbourne, 23 is engaged to her 18 year old boyfriend of only 6 months, Luke Worrall. Apparently the press found out about it through Facebook when Luke changed his relationship status to "engaged to Kelly Osbourne". Pretty ridic. Already, I foresee a breakup. Tant pis.
